Manager, Creative Services

We are looking for a Manager, Creative Services with experience managing creative talent at a web technology company. You will be in charge of driving the creative direction, aligning the design and copy assets with the products and business. If you have experience at high volume, high transaction web sites, and enjoy working in an energetic, fast-paced environment, this is the right place for you.

Requirements

• BA in Graphic Design, Interface Design, or similar field.
• 3+ years experience designing web sites in a corporate environment.
• 6+ years experience managing Design and Editorial employees.
• Fluent experience in multiple design disciplines, including Web Design and Print Design.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant web design software.
• Strong managerial ability, responsible for meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Work ethic that includes a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Provide strategic vision, and follow-through to ensure that direction.
• Knowledge of web design methods, processes, and industry trends.
• Must be able to train, inspire, and grow the group's creative talent.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• A web-based design portfolio.
