Requirements

• Experience using computers, web sites, and email clients.
• Receive and place phone calls with customers.
• Maintain solid customer relationships in a professional manner.
• Ensure prompt and accurate service.
• Use our internal customer relationship system to manage customer information.
• Work ethic that includes a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Be sincerely interested in hearing customer issues and resolving them.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
