Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• BA in Business Information Systems or similar field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web technology company.
• Elicit requirements using a variety of direct and indirect channels.
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to analyze needs and requirements.
• Evaluate, reconcile, and decompose information into details.
• Challenge assumptions, providing alternatives and suggestions.
• Serve as liaison between business, technology, and supporting teams.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Work ethic that includes a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
