Supervisor, Member Services

We are looking for a Supervisor, Member Services with experience coordinating and motivating employees who interact with customers over the phone and email. You will be responsible for coming up with processes and strategy to optimize member services, as well as training and working with Member Service Representatives. If you have experience at high volume, high transaction web sites, and enjoy working in an energetic, fast-paced environment, this is the right place for you.

Requirements

  • Analyze processes and procedures, recommending ways to improve efficiency.
  • Respond to emergencies and handling them quickly.
  • Providing guidance and support to Member Services Representatives.
  • Document performance and other metrics, and providing reports.
  • Experience using computers, web sites, and email clients.
  • Maintain solid customer relationships in a professional manner.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate service.
  • Solid listening skills, being a champion of employees and customers.
  • Work ethic that includes a sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Be sincerely interested in hearing customer issues and resolving them.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
