What if I want to cancel?
We understand that your needs may change, and provide you with a couple
different ways for cancelling your membership. This will stop any future
membership fees. And, you will still be able to use your membership through
the period that you have already paid for.

How do I view my reports?
You can access your most recent reports from your "My Home" page.
Your online report will always retrieve the latest data available for
that person or phone number.
Adobe PDF Reports
If you choose to have reports sent to your email as Adobe PDF files, you
can view those on your "My Home" page. These reports are a great way to
save the reports in your email, and for sending them to friends or family.

How do I update my account information?
To manage your account, log into your account and click on the "My Home"
link at the top of any page. This page has options for updating your account,
such as contact information, email address, and password.

I forgot my password. Can you help?
If you forgot your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link
on the login page. After entering your account email address, we will email your
password to that email address.

here are common reasons why you may not find everyone:

- No public record exists for that person
- The person has requested to hide their records
- Person is an illegal immigrant
- Person is known under a different legal name
Hiding Public Records
Some records give you the choice of whether you want the information public.
For example, when filling out a marriage license application, some states may
have a checkbox to indicate whether you want the marriage to be confidential or not.
