What is your Automatic Renewal Program?

Our Automatic Renewal Program keeps your monthly people search membership active by automatically billing your account every 30 days. This is available as a convenience to those members who choose to have continuous, hassle-free searching services.

Members can cancel out of our Automatic Renewal Program at any time. By cancelling out of the program, you will not be eligible for members-only promotions and discounts.

To signup for the program, or to cancel, log into your account and click on the "Manage Your Account" link in the top, right-hand corner of the page. You can also contact Customer Care at any time.
